What this license covers
This license applies to every digital guide, workbook, and companion document sold by VantagEDGED Learning Lab (the "Guides"). It sets out what you may and may not do with a Guide once you purchase it.
What you can do
When you buy a Guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to:
• Download and keep a copy for your own use.
• Print the Guide for your own personal or internal work use.
• Use the frameworks, worksheets, and fillable tools inside the Guide in your own work.
• Reference the Guide's ideas in your own writing, with normal, good-faith attribution.
What you cannot do
Unless you have separate written permission from VantagEDGED Learning Lab, you may not:
• Resell, redistribute, or share the Guide's files with anyone who has not purchased it.
• Upload the Guide to a file-sharing site, internal wiki, or public repository.
• Republish the Guide's content, in whole or substantial part, as your own.
• Use the Guide's content to build or train a competing product.
• Remove copyright notices from the Guide.
Team or organizational use
The standard license is for a single user. If you need multiple people at your organization to use a Guide, please contact us before purchasing; we're glad to work out something that fits.
Ownership
VantagEDGED Learning Lab and Cisca A. Van Dunk-Wheatt retain full ownership and copyright of every Guide. Purchasing a Guide gives you a license to use it as described above; it does not transfer any ownership rights.
Enforcement
Violating this license may result in the license being revoked without refund. We'd rather resolve an honest misunderstanding directly, so if something is unclear, please reach out first.
